Ideal candidates have pre-engineered metal building PM experience and strong leadership ability. The position requires excellent understanding of contracts, drawings, and specifications, along with proven ability to mentor teams and manage

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field with a minimum of 3 years work experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Must have project scheduling and document control experience.
• Superior communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to initiate and develop projects.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement activities.
• Ensure quality control plans are followed and client satisfaction is achieved.
