Job summary

Stellix Global Services is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join its PMO in the Greater Boston area. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive projects from planning to delivery while maintaining executive presence.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential. This role requires 8–10 years of project experience, including 5 years in a PM role, with PMI-aligned practices and experience in both waterfall and agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project management.
• 5 years as Project Manager or related role.
• Experience on external and/or client-facing projects.
• Experience managing matrixed teams on enterprise projects.
• BS in engineering discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive all areas of project execution to deliver highly complex and time-sensitive projects.
• Coordinate multiple technical deliverables in parallel.
• Maintain detailed project budgets and schedules; manage resources and risks.
• Travel to customer sites up to 25% within the Greater Boston area.
