Job summary

Stellix is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join its PMO, leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple client accounts. The role emphasizes disciplined project governance, budget oversight, and effective stakeholder communication.

You will drive delivery, manage schedules, and ensure quality across automation and digital initiatives, with on-site collaboration in the Greater Boston area and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project management, with 5+ years as a Project Manager or related role.
• Experience delivering external/client-facing projects.
• Experience managing matrixed teams on enterprise-level projects.
• Knowledge of Engineering Services and Solutions; consulting background preferred.
• Experience managing project finances including earned value management and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive all areas of project execution to deliver highly complex, time-sensitive initiatives across multiple client accounts.
• Manage customer relationships, team management, and high-level technical direction while overseeing budgets and resourcing.
• Coordinate resources and create effective communication and reports with executive presence.
• Lead post-project activities including continuous improvement and customer adoption services.
