Job summary

Amazon’s Worldwide Grocery Stores-Tech (WWGST) seeks a Sr. Program Manager to launch and scale a groundbreaking kitchen initiative. You’ll own the program from site selection through steady-state operations, coordinating real estate, finance, culinary design, and customer experience to meet cost and quality targets.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, executive reporting, and vendor management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience launching new products.
• Experience with data tools including Excel and SQL.
• Experience in operations, food service, retail, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end kitchen program and site setup for launches.
• Manage cross-functional alignment and executive reviews.
• Provide regular leadership updates and risk management.
• Develop CapEx/OpEx budgets and cost optimization levers.
• Negotiate and manage third-party contracts and vendors.
• Design menu offerings and maintain product assortment.
• Oversee customer enrollment, VoC, and feedback processing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
