Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Tech to drive adoption of first-party and off-the-shelf AI products across internal teams. This role accelerates AI innovation within day-to-day workflows and will own 1P enterprise products beyond initial development.

The team focuses on strategic planning, acquisition, design, construction, launch, and maintenance of grocery real estate and related AI tools. Collaboration and customer obsession guide the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own evangelization, measurement, and go-to-market plans for internal AI agents that improve productivity.
• Drive adoption of 1P AI products across internal customers with targeted plans.
• Create marketing materials communicating value of 1P AI products to internal audiences.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and build personal/team-level AI agents to address them.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure product success and impact.
• Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend existing AI products.
• Help train internal teams on tools for AI chatbots and workflows (personal/team).
