Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) seeks a Program Manager I to run strategic operations programs across our food production facilities, coordinating with site teams and analytics to improve safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.

You will build scalable processes, track milestones, and surface risks to managers and program leads, delivering results in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years in PM and a bachelor’s or equivalent experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of industry work experience.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional operations programs across the facility network from planning through delivery.
• Track milestones, dependencies and action items and align partners on status and next steps.
• Help build and maintain operating standards, process docs and playbooks for site teams.
• Partner with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and reporting on safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.
• Pull and review facility performance data to spot trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with facility leadership and engineering to execute initiatives on the ground.
