Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Program Manager for the Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Selection team to drive selection strategy across banners, including online and physical stores. You will own end-to-end delivery, monitor health of selection metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional partners worldwide.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, owner mindset, and excellent communication with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning strategy and end-to-end delivery with senior leaders.
Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning.
Advanced Excel and experience with Access or SQL.
5+ years in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration.
High attention to detail with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about customer behavior.
