Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Console's ITSM platform. You will define and launch the next iteration of this AI-enabled product to serve large enterprises, guiding strategy, partnerships, and market introduction.

Lead the product lifecycle, align with design partners and customers, and drive AI-driven solutions across automation, ticketing, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, launching and scaling technical products.
• Strong technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products.
• Curious with a growth mindset; excited by AI, technology, and software development.
• Great taste with strong opinions on how software should work and sweat the details.
• Wears many hats and is comfortable troubleshooting a p0 bug as well as defining new market entries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Console's ITSM product.
• Develop close relationships with design partners and customers and become an expert in the ITSM market.
• Solve product challenges across AI automation, agent design, ticketing, and knowledge base; think from first principles.
• Own product positioning and bring the product to market in partnership with sales and marketing.
• Define the product culture at Console as a startup within Palo Alto Networks and push AI-driven innovation.
