Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Technical on the CS Intelligence team to drive the lifecycle of tooling that surfaces risk and accelerates customer outcomes.

You’ll translate customer needs into ML-driven platform capabilities and work with engineering to prioritize builds and launches. You’ll collaborate with service teams, data science, UX, and operations, define success metrics, and lead beta programs, UAT, and go-to-market activities for high-visibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience.
• Experience contributing to product roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile development processes.
• Experience supporting launches through readiness, legal, and compliance gates.
• Track record of shipping products for engineers, PMs, or developers.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems from roadmap to launch.
• Write PRFAQs, BRDs, and technical specs translating needs into platform capabilities.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for data ingestion, scoring, and automation.
• Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning and trade-offs.
• Run beta programs, UAT, and launches with structured rollout plans.
• Define and track success metrics to inform product decisions.
• Work across AWS teams to deliver integrated customer-facing experiences.
• Navigate legal, compliance, privacy, and data-sharing gates for launches.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and delivery timelines.
• Present to senior AWS leadership on strategy and reviews.
