Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Technical on the CS Intelligence team within the AWS CS Center of Excellence. You will own the lifecycle of tooling and systems that surface risk, recommend interventions, and accelerate customer outcomes for AWS customers.

You will write PRFAQs, translate requirements into specs, and work with engineering on architecture for ML-driven scoring and automation. You will collaborate with service teams, field teams, data science, UX, and operations to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience contributing to product roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience writing PRDs, technical specifications, and BRDs
• Experience contributing to system architecture decisions for distributed systems
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile development
• Experience supporting product launches through readiness, legal, and compliance gates
• Track record of shipping products for technical audiences (engineers, PMs, or developers)

Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iteration
• Write PRFAQs, BRDs, and technical specifications translating needs into platform capabilities
• Contribute to system architecture decisions for data ingestion, scoring, and automation
• Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning and trade-offs
• Run beta programs, UAT, and launches with structured rollout plans
• Define and track success metrics from model performance to customer outcomes
• Coordinate across AWS teams to deliver integrated customer-facing experiences
• Navigate legal, privacy, and data-sharing gates for launches
• Manage concurrent workstreams across engineering and stakeholders
• Present to senior AWS leadership in strategy and reviews
