Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of AI/ML-powered SaaS products, from concept to GTM.

You will work with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions. You will collaborate across teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and drive successful launches that enhance customer experiences at scale in AWS environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM

Responsibilities

• Define creative, high quality product roadmaps based on customer and stakeholder needs, team strategy and vision
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for capabilities
• Define target customer segments, onboard initial customers and advocate on their behalf
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among needs of various customer and stakeholder groups
• Create buy-in for product vision and roadmap internally and with partners
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet goals
• Drive executive communications and alignment on strategy and vision
• Partner with Marketing and AWS professional services to craft go-to-market strategy to grow customer base and feature set
