Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod. You will shape the experience of how millions get help and how internal teams deliver it—creating AI-powered tools and workflows for our agents and customers.

As a Senior PM, you will drive a scalable product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and senior leaders, and measure impact through data-driven experimentation in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to design for scale and empathy for customers and agents.
• Thrives in complexity and can redesign service strategy quickly.
• Strong product intuition, behavioral understanding, and analytical rigor.
• Ownership mindset and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research and data to identify needs.
• Collaborate with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Lead AI-driven improvements to agent efficiency and reduce contact volume.
• Define and execute a clear product roadmap from concept to launch and beyond.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Measure success with meaningful metrics and use experiments to drive performance.
• Design scalable architecture to support growth and new contact channels.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal and executives to advance cross-functional initiatives.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive innovation with conviction.
