Job summary

Affirm seeks a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping how millions of customers get help and how internal teams deliver it. You’ll own the roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to drive impact.

You’ll translate insights into strategy, define metrics, and build scalable AI-powered tools that boost agent efficiency while preserving a human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Craft intuitive experiences balancing high-tech efficiency with a human touch.
• Thrive in complexity— redesign strategy or debug workflows in the same day.
• Lead with insight combining product intuition, behavior, and analytics.
• Own ambiguity, move fast, and drive outcomes that matter.
• Strong storytelling to align stakeholders from frontline to executives.
• Bonus: experience on customer support platforms or AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale using AI and automation; evaluate AI tooling.
• Drive a thoughtful roadmap and guide execution end-to-end.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics and success criteria; use experimentation to improve.
• Build scalable systems for growing business and new channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leaders.
• Own ambiguity and lead with conviction in a fast-paced environment.
