Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior product managers to lead the development of AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD authorship to roadmap prioritization and launch execution, with a focus on translating A/B test results into shipped product decisions.

This remote, part-time role (5–20 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience and exceptional written communication, with a keen eye for detail

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches for AI-generated document tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product updates and stakeholder communications.
