Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Product to guide the development of AI-assisted documentation workflows. The role requires 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and launches to shape AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.

This is a fully remote position, with flexible hours and ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour, with 5–20 hours per week commitment, and potential for more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
