Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced project managers to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows.
• Prepare steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, and milestone review materials.
• Support executive escalation one-pagers and portfolio review materials.
