Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced product manager to help train a leading AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to launches, shaping AI-generated outputs across core workflows.

This remote, part-time role offers 5-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling; start ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of product management experience and a track record of translating experiments into shipped product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps, PRDs, and launch plans across AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows including reviews and readouts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate experiment results into shipped product decisions
