Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Design scalable workflows and AI-powered capabilities for agent tools.
• Define and execute a thoughtful product roadmap from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leaders across the org.
• Measure impact with clear metrics and drive improvements.
