JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead core PM activities on industrial and data center projects. You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction tasks, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.

Typical responsibilities include managing submittals, pricing, change orders, and lean scheduling. Travel to project sites is common; a robust communication mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages the prestart process and preconstruction scope.
• Leads buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing.
• Manages submittal schedule and approvals.
• Coordinates stakeholders and risk management.
• Develops and updates project schedule and budget.
• Leads monthly project reviews and closeout processes.
