Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Advanced Facilities Group in Springfield, MO. You will lead safety initiatives, manage preconstruction activities, and drive buyout, submittals, and subcontractor coordination for large Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

You will oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, coordinating with owners, designers, and vendors, while leading monthly reviews and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Leads buyout schedule, pricing, and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedules and ensures timely approvals.
• Gathers pricing, coordinates with stakeholders, and tracks budget.
• Leads project meetings and closeout processes.
