Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Admin & Buyer Experience to own the cross-suite admin console and drive IT provisioning, SSO, billing, and access control at scale.

The role focuses on delivering a fast, delightful admin experience for IT admins, procurement teams, and economic buyers, enabling enterprise deployments and multi-product growth while aligning with our AI-powered productivity platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with admin, billing, or account management product experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins, end users, and procurement or finance stakeholders.
• Ability to build simple, intuitive experiences for complex, multi-product systems.
• Enterprise empathy and other stakeholder-centric thinking are essential.
• AI-first operator mindset and visible use of AI to improve workflows.
• Low ego with strong ownership and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the admin console, including user provisioning, SSO, RBAC, billing, and cross-product settings.
• Define and improve the end-to-end buyer journey — from trial and first purchase through onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet enterprise data governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS to identify admin/buyer friction and ship blockers-removing solutions.
• Build intuitive self-serve admin experiences to empower IT teams at scale while reducing support burden.
