Job summary

Superhuman is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own our cross-suite admin console. This role targets IT admins and economic buyers, delivering a fast, delightful admin experience at scale across the platform.

You will own the product roadmap, end-to-end buyer journey, and partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet enterprise requirements, while collaborating with Sales and CS to remove blockers and speed deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with admin, billing, or account management in B2B SaaS.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements (SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, compliance).
• Experience designing for multiple user types: IT admins, end users, procurement or finance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the admin console across the Superhuman Suite.
• Define end-to-end buyer journey from trial to onboarding and renewal.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Compliance to meet enterprise data governance needs.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify blockers and reduce churn.
• Build intuitive self-serve admin experiences to scale administrator usage.
