Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to define how employees discover and join their organization’s Superhuman account, onboard and activate, and retain and expand over time. This role sits at the intersection of product and sales, guiding both enterprise and self-serve growth motions.

You will partner across product BUs, shape admin controls, and drive adoption through data-driven experimentation, ensuring coherent experiences for enterprise teams and rapid value

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with growth or PLG in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical fluency; comfortable designing experiments and growth models.
• Proven track record working cross-functionally and shipping products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B growth product strategy, from onboarding to retention and expansion.
• Build admin-facing controls for enterprise growth loops and access configuration.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify PLG opportunities and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Self-Serve Growth to translate PLG patterns for B2B context across motions.
• Embed growth thinking across product BUs to prioritize activation and expansion.
