Job summary

Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical for B2B Seller Experience to own a portfolio of seller-facing products. Lead certifications, AI-powered verification, and an integrated qualification hub across regions.

You will drive multi-market expansion, partner with engineering, and shape end-to-end product strategy from long-term vision to detailed execution for enterprise buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for a portfolio of B2B seller experience features.
• Lead product development for Seller Certifications with AI-powered verification and certifications discovery.
• Drive the seller experience for B2B qualification within the Next-Generation Seller platform.
• Define and prioritize features informing ROI dashboards, certification impact data, and lifecycle tools.
• Partner with Science and Engineering to develop AI/ML-based matching and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with external certifying agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Define and track program metrics like qualified seller pool size and feature adoption.
• Champion expansion of seller qualification programs into new markets with minimal investment.
