Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with experience building admin, billing, or account management products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT requirements such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing for multiple distinct user types, including IT admins and economic buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Superhuman Suite's admin console.
• Define and improve the end-to-end buyer journey from trial to expansion.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance for enterprise requirements.
