Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to shape how employees discover and join their company’s Superhuman org, and how they onboard, activate, and grow over time. This highly cross-functional IC role bridges sales mechanics with product-led growth and collaborates across product BUs and the Self-Serve Growth team to build loops and experiences that compound enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with growth/PLG experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical fluency; comfortable designing experiments and growth models.
• Proven track record working cross-functionally and shipping product quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end B2B growth product strategy, from join and onboarding to activation, retention and expansion.
• Build admin-facing controls that govern enterprise growth loops and provisioning into the Superhuman account.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and reduce friction in adoption and expansion.
• Collaborate with the Self-Serve Growth team to translate PLG patterns for B2B contexts and ensure coherent experiences across motions.
• Embed growth thinking across product BUs to optimize activation and expansion.
• Define and track enterprise growth metrics and use data to prioritize the roadmap.
