Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to lead the enterprise growth motion across onboarding, activation, and retention. You will own end-to-end product strategy, shaping how employees discover, join, and provision within their organization’s Superhuman account.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS, and the Self-Serve Growth team to scale PLG-driven expansion, define governance for admin controls, and align product BU work streams to drive enterprise activation with AI-native

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with experience in growth or PLG in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience bridging managed sales motions with product-led growth.
• Strong analytical fluency and comfort designing experiments and growth models.
• Proven track record working cross-functionally and shipping product quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end B2B growth product strategy from onboarding to activation to retention and expansion.
• Build admin-facing controls for enterprise growth loops and provisioning.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with Self-Serve Growth to translate PLG patterns for B2B context.
• Embed growth thinking across product BUs to ensure activation and expansion are prioritized.
