Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 9+ years of experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
• PE license may count toward 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in engineering design, A&E industry, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project efforts from concept through completion.
• Mentor designers and engineers across teams.
• Ensure drawings, specs, and analyses meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee quality through reviews and compliance with standards.
