Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or Architectural focus preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience; PE license preferred.
• Certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, RCDD encouraged; EOR experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of engineers and designers within the plumbing sector, delivering design projects on time and within budget.
• Acts as hiring manager and career coach, conducting interviews and providing performance feedback.
• Manages staffing, project scope, and schedule; monitors progress to meet objectives.
• Provides coaching through regular one-on-one meetings and goal setting.
• Develops and implements goals, policies, and standards at the sector level.
