Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages and mentors a team of engineers and designers within the sector.
• Acts as hiring manager and career coach, conducting interviews and providing feedback.
• Manages staff assignments, schedules and project scope alignment.
• Provides coaching through regular meetings and goal setting.
• Oversees project coordination, quality reviews and client communications.
• Ensures designs meet scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
