You will mentor staff, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure project quality while applying Henderson's design guidelines. A PE license and 12+ years of experience are preferred; proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (engineering) preferred.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Experience leading engineers and designers and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages and mentors a team of engineers and designers within their sector.
• Acts as a hiring manager and career coach, attending interviews and giving feedback.
• Manages staffing to align with project scopes and schedules; ensures project objectives are met.
• Provides coaching and conducts meetings to guide goal setting.
• Oversees project coordination, client meetings, and design quality reviews.
• Keeps teams aligned with Henderson's design guidelines and standards.
