Henderson Engineers is seeking a Plumbing Engineering Manager who will lead a team of engineers and designers, mentoring them to reach their full potential while maintaining a strong technical presence. This hybrid role focuses on design excellence, staff development, and resource management across complex projects.

The position requires a PE or equivalents, at least 12 years of progressive experience, and proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant progressive experience.
• Experience leading engineers and designers in a multi-discipline environment.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers within the assigned sector.
• Act as hiring manager and provide performance feedback and career guidance.
• Coordinate staffing to match project scopes and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Provide direct coaching and regular goal-setting discussions with team members.
• Collaborate with sector leaders to set goals, policies and standards.
