• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of discipline-aligned engineers and designers within the sector.
• Act as hiring manager and provide career coaching and feedback.
• Manage project staffing and scheduling; monitor progress against goals.
• Provide direct coaching and goal-setting guidance to staff.
• Oversee quality reviews and ensure design excellence.
