Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 9+ years of experience; 10+ years if no degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license may be counted toward experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
• Knowledge of earned value, contracts and construction processes.
• Strong design, standards, and codes knowledge across practices.

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced designers and engineers across teams.
• Lead design efforts from concept through completion.
• Produce solutions to complex engineering problems and oversee project quality.
• Ensure drawings, specs, reports meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Contribute to development of tools, resources and company practices.
