Service Experts is seeking a seasoned Plumber to lead plumbing projects, perform advanced installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior staff, while coordinating with clients and teams to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of plumbing experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of plumbing materials and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a plumbing role.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Supervise and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Maintain clean job sites and proper waste disposal.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose complex issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Keep accurate records of work and progress.
• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
