Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Plumber IV to lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and estimate materials, equipment and labor costs for projects.

The role requires extensive experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. Training and mentoring junior plumbers are part of the responsibilities, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years experience in plumbing.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Extensive experience in interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects, including new installations, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing system layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements, timelines, and progress.
