Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Plumber I or II, 2+ years in plumbing.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to plan layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and team members.
• Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components.
• Train and mentor junior staff and helpers.
• Maintain accurate project records.
