Service Experts is seeking a skilled Plumber II to lead plumbing projects, install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, and supervise junior plumbers. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a plumbing role or proven Plumber I experience.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing projects including new installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and team members on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and guide junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems; cut, thread and bend pipes.
• Weld or solder joints and perform thorough system inspections.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and coordinate with suppliers.
• Keep accurate records of work and progress; mentor junior staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
