Job summary

HomeServe Skilled Trades, LLC is seeking a Plumber to lead plumbing projects, perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems within the Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing teams. You will interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance, and supervise apprentices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of plumbing experience, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Proven plumbing experience and adherence to codes.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead plumbing projects, including installations, remodeling, repairs and maintenance.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts.
Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Cut, thread, bend pipes; weld or solder as needed.
Inspect systems to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers and keep project records.
Train and mentor junior staff; stay updated with industry trends.
