Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning invites an experienced Plumber III to lead complex plumbing projects, oversee teams of plumbers, and ensure all work complies with codes and safety standards. You will interpret blueprints, plan installations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years' plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of plumbing experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing projects of varying complexity.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts and installations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members on requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Supervise and mentor plumbing teams, including junior plumbers and helpers.
• Inspect and diagnose plumbing systems to identify complex issues.
• Develop and implement effective solutions for troubleshooting problems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters.
• Cut, thread, and bend pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
• Weld, solder, or join pipes using approved methods.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and progress.
