Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on PLM Software Engineer to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. You will architect and implement Teamcenter customizations and integrations, enabling engineering teams to design and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering with Teamcenter development (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW) and strong Java/C++/C# skills, in a fast-moving, greenfield environment. U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software engineering role building products.
• 3+ years Teamcenter development experience (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW).
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management, CAD.
• Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions.
• Contribute to platform observability and reliability (Datadog, etc.).
• Set engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code.
• Leverage frontier AI tooling for rapid development and model best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Define architecture standards for scalable growth and fast iteration.
