Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join ArsenalOS PLM. You will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations, enabling engineering teams to design and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

This role focuses on building next-generation Engineering Backbone, integrating CAD, ERP, MES, and other systems into scalable platforms, using ITK, BMIDE, and AW customization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience including: ITK (C/C++), BMIDE data modeling and customization, SOA services and handlers, AW C customization and development, Teamcenter architecture and administration.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
• Experience with modern software development practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code review.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and ability to leverage them for rapid, high-quality development.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements.
• Database experience (SQL, Oracle or SQL Server).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD).
• Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
• Improve platform observability and reliability (Datadog, etc.).
• Set engineering standards through architecture guidance and high-quality code contributions.
• Leverage frontier AI tooling for rapid development and model best practices for speed.
• Collaborate across systems architecture, product, design, and manufacturing teams.
• Define architecture standards for scalable growth from concept to production.
