Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a PLM Software Engineer to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. You will architect and implement Teamcenter customizations, integrations, and solutions enabling engineering teams to manage and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, modern software practices, and close collaboration with systems architecture, product, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products.
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience including ITK, BMIDE, SOA and AW customization.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and rapid, high-quality development.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD).
• Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions with minimal upgrade friction.
• Contribute to platform observability and reliability (Datadog, etc.).
• Define architecture standards for scalable growth and speed from concept to production.
