Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on PLM Software Engineer with deep Teamcenter expertise to architect and implement integrations across ArsenalOS PLM. You will work on ITK, BMIDE, and AW C, delivering scalable solutions tying CAD, ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems.

A strong emphasis on AI-assisted development, fast iteration, and clean architecture is required. The role targets a high-velocity, greenfield environment with cross-functional collaboration and exposure to enterprise platforms

Qualifications

5+ years in software engineering
3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development
Strong programming in Java, C++, C#
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with large enterprise apps with high availability
Degree in CS/IS/EE or related field
U.S. Person status required

Responsibilities

Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, AW C)
Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP/MES/CAD
Design scalable data models and business logic with minimal upgrade friction
Improve platform observability and reliability
Set engineering standards and provide architectural guidance
Leverage AI tooling for rapid, high-quality development
Collaborate across systems architecture, product, design, and manufacturing
Define scalable architecture standards for growth
