Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer with deep Teamcenter expertise to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. You will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations to enable engineering teams to design and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

You will work on next-generation Engineering Backbone, integrating CAD, ERP, MES, manufacturing, and engineering systems into scalable platforms, developing ITK services, SOA integrations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW C).
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
• Experience with modern software development: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Experience with large enterprise applications and high availability.
• Database experience (SQL, Oracle or SQL Server).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, and other systems.
• Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions.
• Improve platform observability and reliability.
• Set engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code.
