Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join the ArsenalOS PLM team in the United States. You will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations and integrations to enable engineering teams to design and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

You will develop ITK services, SOA integrations, and AW C customizations while collaborating across ERP, MES, change management, and CAD systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software engineering role building products.
• 3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development including ITK, BMIDE, SOA and AW C.
• Strong programming in Java, C++, and C#.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing and code reviews.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, greenfield environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, AW Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management and CAD systems.
• Design scalable data models, business logic and workflow solutions with minimal upgrade friction.
• Improve platform observability and reliability (e.g., Datadog) and drive quality code.
• Set standards for engineering excellence and provide architectural guidance.
• Leverage AI tooling for rapid development and model team workflows.
• Collaborate with systems architecture, product/design, change management, and manufacturing teams.
