Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to architect and implement mission-critical customizations, integrations, and solutions for ArsenalOS PLM. You will integrate CAD, ERP, MES, and other systems at scale and build modern, scalable platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, fast-paced delivery, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to manage product data, BOMs, change management, and configuration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building products.
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development including ITK, BMIDE, SOA and AW customization.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#; experience with Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and high availability requirements.
• Database experience (SQL, Oracle or SQL Server).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• U.S. Person status is required to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD.
• Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions; minimize upgrade friction.
• Improve platform observability and reliability (Datadog, etc.).
• Set the bar for engineering excellence through architectural guidance and high-quality code.
• Leverage AI tooling for rapid development and model team speed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, and manufacturing teams.
• Define architecture standards for scalable growth and rapid progression from concept to production.
