Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking an experienced PLM Software Engineer with strong Teamcenter expertise to join the ArsenalOS PLM team. You will architect and implement mission-critical Teamcenter customizations, integrations, and solutions enabling engineering teams to design, manage, and deliver complex hardware products at scale.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role spanning ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW customization, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software engineering role
• 3+ years hands-on Teamcenter development (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AW)
• Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, code review
• Experience with large enterprise applications and databases (SQL/Oracle/SQL Server)
• U.S. Person status is required

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace)
• Build high‑performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD)
• Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction
• Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability
• Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high‑quality code contributions
• Leverage frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development and serve as a model for how the team should work at speed
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams
• Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move quickly from concept to prototype to production
