Job summary

Amplify seeks a Senior Project Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of a cross-functional product team. You will orchestrate the delivery of complex initiatives spanning software features, digital content, and physical materials, owning the critical path and ensuring readiness for launch.

This fixed-term role runs through September 1, 2028. You will coordinate writers, designers, engineers, and production partners, map dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in EdTech, software, or publishing.
• Hybrid Agile/Scrum with Waterfall/Stage-Gate for print and production.
• Experience shipping products across web and physical formats.
• Strong communication across editors, engineers, and design teams.
• Ability to analyze velocity, plan, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across curriculum, software, and production.
• Map the critical path and protect launch dates by focusing on long-lead items.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; escalate when needed.
• Lead planning and execution rituals with clear objectives and ownership.
• Ensure digital lessons and service readiness for commercial launch.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners; manage statements of work and reviews.
