Qualifications

• 5–8+ years managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or publishing.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across content, software, production and operations.
• Proven capability to manage risk, plan milestones, and communicate clearly with editors, engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across curriculum, software and production.
• Master the critical path and shield launch dates from risks and blockers.
• Drive risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving across teams.
• Lead planning and execution rituals with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Own readiness for physical, digital, and service components of product launches.
• Analyze velocity and capacity to improve team throughput and schedule reliability.
• Plan resources 2–3 quarters ahead to prevent burnout and disruption.
• Manage vendor contracts, statements of work, and performance for renewals.
